Prior to his appointment as Chairman of the Board, Felix was the Group CEO at African Guarantee Fund. Felix has previously served as the Founding CEO and Chairman of Success Finance, an Asset Management and Private Equity Fund. He has worked in the capacity of Chief Executive Officer at Access Pan-Africa, a holding company of Access Bank Plc. Nigeria where he was in charge of affiliates outside of Nigeria and at Atlantic Financial Group, a regional banking group operating under Banque Atlantique with a presence in 8 African Countries. As a Managing Director, Mr. Bikpo has worked with Ecobank Niger, and with Fonds de Garantie des Investissements Prives en Afrique de l’Ouest (Now AGF West Africa) where he was the first Managing Director. He has also served as Vice President of Citibank NA, where he was in charge of Financial Control in French speaking countries.
