In
the event of a claim, AGF will pay 50% of the amount of the claim
within 14 days from the date the claim is approved. The balance will
be paid after the Guaranteed Party has exhausted its recovery efforts
in accordance with its recovery procedures, but not less than 90
business days from the date of claim approval; the recovery efforts
are not tied to the conclusion of any judicial/court processes as the
final claim payment can be made pending conclusion of such processes
subject to provision of evidence that all other recovery
efforts/procedures have been undertaken by the Guaranteed Party.
