On Thursday, June 10, 2021, African
Guarantee Fund inaugurated its new head office, AGF West Africa, in Lomé.
The inauguration ceremony was presided
over by H.E. Faure Essozimna Gnassingbé, President of the Togolese Republic,
represented by Mr. Kodjo Adedze, Minister of Trade, Industry and Local
Consumption, in the presence of Mr. Felix Adahi Bikpo, Chairman of AGF and Chairman
of the Board of Directors of AGF West Africa, Mr. Jules Ngankam, Group CEO of
AGF, Mrs. Sibi Lawson, Interim CEO of AGF West Africa, diplomatic
representations and Togolese banks.
Designed by the Togolese firm Eza
architectures led by Eya-Eza KAO, the new six (6) storey head office, located
in the OUA city, with a total working area of 5000m2, has been designed to meet
functional and ecological standards in order to create a sustainable, viable
and comfortable working environment for AGF West Africa teams and partners.
The completion of the new AGF West Africa
Head Office in Lomé represents a major milestone for the African Guarantee Fund to fulfill
the ambition of becoming a leading financial institution in Africa. The new
collaborative meeting spaces, replacing more conventional offices, are intended
to keep staff inspired, by supporting creativity, teamwork, innovation, and
increasing social connection between the different departments.
