Sibi has over 25 years of extensive experience in auditing, financial analysis and internal control. She is also skilled in technical, operational, financial and administrative management.

Prior to her current role, she was the Administrative and Financial Manager, in charge of Accounting and Budget at Fonds GARI, which was acquired by African Guarantee Fund and is now AGF West Africa. She was later appointed as Operations Manager overseeing business processes. Before joining AGF, Sibi was the Head of in-Service training and Missions Scheduling at Afrique Audit & Consulting (AAC) currently Deloitte Togo.

A Togolese national, Sibi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economic Sciences – Business Management Option from Université du Bénin and a Diploma of Higher Education in Banking from ITB-CNAM, France.
